On way back from columbus, I cannot drive past mohican even though it was stupid, did polar vortex run, temp -6f, ran part on the north rim trail which faced south, and was somewhat sheltered from winds, but on top of ridge it was bad, even though some of it was tailwind,
Near mansfield, by rt97 and path, to butler and back then to lexington and back, basically checking out for roller ski, trail was loaded with twigs, sticks, debris, leaves, some spots are super, some dreadful

After ride, headed NW, I think, toward lexington, worked on dodging debris, didn't start to feel good until on way back
a bit at seneca gc parking lot, then headed to sleepy hollow gc cart paths, fair at best, the skis take off like mad on down slopes and are slow dogs going up, super workout

after rolling, got on mtn bike loop on closed brck road, down to towpath, and N, to millers mill, saw bald eagle sitting on tree, was still there 20 min later on return trip, which was great to see. back is amazingly better
