from seneca gc: thru brecksville, S on riverview, E up drum hill, back down boston mills, W up boston mills climb, black/brush, up thru deer creek dev. then barr/highland/prkway. avgMPH 17.6 felt ok for first 70min, rode too hard, then ran out of gas and had to back off because i felt like i'd barf up my donuts that i had for breakfast

w/ daughter at hinckley, around perimeter of lake, actual time +/- 50 min. i had pc of shit 9ft quest w/ speedwing paddle, she had the wicked 12.5 tsunami w/ std paddle. quite windy

unusual note: only 1 car passed me in first 26 min. 4 in 45, then a bunch passed up by rt21.

E on bridle path from ridge to just past senca gc, made it to the two trees beside the path, found 3 golf balls in high grass. felt really blah at start, maybe from temp in upper 80's again, then slowly crept up to a steady pace, but stride was awkward, out of sync, didn't flow. did negative split by 45 sec. hoka's 10% piss me off, every run i roll an ankle, tonight was left. its cool to finish in the dark at 9:15
