easy run, didn't feel good. client bought me hot chocolate and i had to drink it in front of them, blaaahhk & ugh. see you fellow freaks this weekend, im resting tomorrow.
in steady rain, felt lousy at start (first 25min), but then really lit it up on return for some reason, did extra credit hill climb to finish. avgHR 148. max 165.

Night-O 4.1km in 38min. alot of fun, even though the whole concept is absurd to me, i have enough trouble in daylight. avgHR 146, plus 17min. warmup. used a headlamp for first time rather than hand held light, it makes a huge difference.
