in steady rain, felt lousy at start (first 25min), but then really lit it up on return for some reason, did extra credit hill climb to finish. avgHR 148. max 165.

very hilly course in brecksville, solo workout. 18 control pts. avgHR 146

orienteering (club event) 55:00 [4]

Night-O 4.1km in 38min. alot of fun, even though the whole concept is absurd to me, i have enough trouble in daylight. avgHR 146, plus 17min. warmup. used a headlamp for first time rather than hand held light, it makes a huge difference.

very strong headwind at lap finishes, ugh. make that double ugh.

mill stream park. avgHR:140 cannot remember ever twisting ankles, stumbling, tripping, catching sticks, falling so much, guess i'm tired. stomach felt blah. 16 controls.

stairs to nowhere in Cuy.Vlly.Ntl.Prk. set of stairs on trail that goes up a nasty climb, 6 sets.

30 min. to stair section, then return. 6 big climbs, legs quite sore. avgHR 147 for entire workout.

sailing along and the boat broke. over 4000m, pace was about 1:53/500m avgHR 143.
