at virginia kendall, very sloppy navigating, had to navigate in jungle areas which is dreadful to me. didn't write down any descriptions and it cost alot, was running to the spot on the map, really bombed 30, was looking for a boulder in stream (as mapped) not a brick pumphouse, maybe spent 12min running around that area,. way over time but decided to keep orienteering and not mess with the time limit. skipped 17 at end because i was sick and tired of the green shit i'd have to go through toward finish.

w/ local team, got chewed up and spit out the back on tinkers creek mtn rd. no strength. no high intensity training=no intensity when others light it up.

sunset ride; from brecksville S on 21 to boston mills/black/303/major, down oak hill, everrett by hale farm village, across river and south to Steels Corners mtn rd up east, back down into valley on northampton, to akrn peninsula N to 303, then N on riverview to boston mills and NE up hines hill mtn rd to bike path and N by brandywine falls and W down brandywine and past ski area to riverview and N into brecksville and up the long climb to buggy. 18.0 avgMPH , maxMPH 43.3, forgot miles. felt really good until long climb up at end so rode up bike trail because it was too dark with tree cover, finished at 9:20pm still light out a bit.

solo, 7:30am, pouring rain and thunderstorms, from pine road trailhead by 303, ran north to boston mills rd then in woods e, paralleling turnpike, then N to hines hill rd, ran along rd back into valley and towpath trail into peninsula, and finished with climb up abandoned brick rd parallel to 303 to parking lot. overdid it with the lack of running lately.

early, from hillside, up stone mtn rd, back down to bedford/tinkers creek up climb, east on pkwy and back. avgMPH 18.0 maxMPH 43.4, 27 miles. felt strong on climbs, but really blah otherwise. weights help.
