Strength at Friskis. Finally some training after a huge brake because of I've had a cold for quite long time.
Started with some squats, which i stopped after 10min because my back thigh felt strange. So instead I continued with some over-body strength were I felt quite strong considering the long brake.
Hopefully I can have a good training period now without sickness!
