orienteering race (long) 1:13:00 [3] 8.6 km (8:29 / km)

chewton diggings. was an awesome course. started off ok but just got tired and made 2min error then lost 2mins on route choice. kept on thinking about my calf..:(. was good when tash caught me at the last couple coz then it got me out of my plod and picked up some speed. felt better today then after yesterdays race. didnt eat anything since breakfast till 3.30pm.. started to go a little bit diZZy. calf very sore now. glad i came down. was a good 2 days, just wish i was feeling a bit better.

butterfly gully.
felt horrible. spent a lot of time looking for the controls in the circle. thought i was ages back from the lead and finished the last bit with no motivation just turned into a struggle. ended up tying 1st to the second with tash key. hopefully tomorrow will be better...:)

calf tightened up after running. been painfully sore all afternoon. just hope it holds up.

otherside of bunyaville to picnic area and around.

orienteering 23:00 [3] 3.7 km (6:13 / km)

calves were bit sore so no intervals today. had a good warm up and down with lots of stretching. hopefully they will be okay tomorrow:).
