First rep: 4:48
Second rep: 5:21
Third rep: 5:24
Fourth rep: 5:28

1st rep was alright, kept good rhythm or that is what I thought till I lost it by the end. Next reps were just slower. Behind Louise, but not in the last group :O. Anyway, very unhappy with today, I think I do not really know how to do Intervals.

Note

I never set my goals here, but I think I should at least share one of them:

I've decided (a few months ago already) that I am not going to JK. Instead I am going to the CEO (Spanish championships) and will run in Elite (to compite against Tere), but for that I really want to get fit and fast and improve a lot in orienteering so I can really say "I did a good race", or that I've improved, or just have the feeling that I "bet myself".

6 PM

Road Running long 1:00:44 [3] 11.1 km (5:28 / km) +168m 5:05 / km
shoes: Mizuno

I am xtremely happy for this post! :))
first time since I do not remember when that I run that long. I aimed for 10km with an easy pace, and I ended up saying, well let's do the hour!
Bit of meadows and then around Arthur Seat + KF for the sunset. Should have gone earlier as it was already bit dark when I came back, but pretty beautiful! Easy pace all the time (did not finish tired!), and the most important part for me... non-stop! (well, okey... yes I did stop, but for some traffic lights, mainly going to the Seat).

I just can say I am very proud of myself and I am very happy for the commitment that I am having and also, for the improvement that I am seeing!
I can tick the 10km run from my list and start thinking in improving the speed! (+ want to get better at map reading while running, such a big thing)
