so sunny outside!!!!!
went for a walk with Sabrina, as she wanted some fresh air & vit D to get over her "flu". Was thinking about going for a run and catch the sunset in Arthur Seat, but in the way we stopped by the Slack-line and decided to just stay there doing some exercises and climbing trees with the guys. so happy! :)

Note

maybe not the best idea the Slack-line, as one of the times I fell I bent my ankle a bit and it heart. It is ok now, but... should be more careful about this.

"Pace should be the one you'll have for a Middle race and/or 10k race" and "you shouldn't need to rest, when you get to it", so kept it easy and slowish in the back group. I mean, not that I could go in the other group or sth haha, just kept the pace there.
First rep under 5min/k, the two next ones were slower. Third one a bit on the head but when we got to the last 3 min I bonked behind Louise.
Long way to get better and catch Fiina and Alex B, but I'll get there... and then faster!!! :)

Rory left without me, so solo session of 30min around the meadows. Struggled a bit in the "uphill" at the very beginning and in the second loop, but felt so go to go out! :)
I feel I am getting better(or at least I do not die) and in a good mood of commitment for training!:)
