"Pace should be the one you'll have for a Middle race and/or 10k race" and "you shouldn't need to rest, when you get to it", so kept it easy and slowish in the back group. I mean, not that I could go in the other group or sth haha, just kept the pace there.
First rep under 5min/k, the two next ones were slower. Third one a bit on the head but when we got to the last 3 min I bonked behind Louise.
Long way to get better and catch Fiina and Alex B, but I'll get there... and then faster!!! :)
