Both days this weekend I've felt really wiped-out tired so not run. Putting it down to recent stress/ bad nights sleep/ insufficient recovery post-Skyline.
Not worried as focused on the long term. Hopefully this next week will feel better.

Last Rivelin in 5 weeks while I escape Tier 3 to Cheshire and Cornwall! Nice one with Alice.

Side note. If anyone has any suggestions for wide-fitting trail/fell running shoes, my X-Talons have failed (admittedly after 900km) and now my terraultras (barely any runs, bought June time)
