No rt side pain after Saturday run (and this is Monday) - so while I am suffering a cold the GOOD NEWS is right side pain relief - the thing is, I cannot account for it in any particular way except for the Yoga ST and hill sprints.
I'll be taking this week to recover and start things over next week.
