Ran along the Mac. Legs tight but they loosened up after 30 min. Have to keep on top of my left calf.

Long run

Calf tightened up near the beginning. Never loosened and my stride changed when I picked up the pace the last 15 min. My left hip flexor tightened about the same time.

On the plus side it was one of my faster long runs.
