No problems. Must have done the second half quickly because gave up having looked at the watch at the halfway mark. Shoulder in particular was very bad overnight and this morning - possibly over did the exercises? Also, for some reason, the run induced the partial "blindspot" in the left eye which is a precursor to migraine.
No major problems, but lower back and left shoulder still bad. Probably spend more time concentrating on those, trying to avoid jarring them, than on the running, at the moment.

No major running problems, left knee cartilage uncomfortable before setting out and remains so. Route all off road with about 6-700m ascent (incl 2 x Win Hill, 4 mins slower than I used to do!), so time largely immaterial.
