Did PT yesterday with my old coach. Legs session, quad focused.

It was tough and I was pushed and I totally killed it. He was so shocked he didnt have me on the floor dying as thats how it used to be. Shows I've really built up my strength and endurance. He wanted to train me for another half hour but he had a client.

He told me to go and do some squats and front squats so that I did!
