Doing Onosh for the first time in 10 months. So I guess it's back to early start times.

Terrible mistakes and lack of fitness. Sat down at #1 for 3mins to get a thorn out my foot. Then went over on my ankle at #11 so walked until #13 and then slowly jogged the last third. Really need to do more ankle exercises.
