First skiing session of the year. The heart rate was too high, because the body is not used with skiing. It gets a lot better after some more skiing sessions.

Middle Distance training in quite technical terrain. I've run this course before afew years ago, but gave it a new try. Since I was ill, the heart rate was very high even tough I didn't push too hard. Technically ok performance, no controls in forest.

First training after being ill for 2 weeks. The throat was not in best conditon, but overall the feeling in body was quite ok. It was good to run after a while.
