Easter Day 1 - middle. Was expecting it to be super technical but nope. Took it too slow to number 2, trying to hit it bang but lost time as I should have just pushed it harder to the cliffs. the rest was fine, just small directional mistakes but kinda forgot it was only 3k long so was surprised when I was alright near the end. Also died on the climb out of the gorge. Mostly not too bad but definitely could do better. Guessing distance.

Easter Prologue - Sprint at UTAS. Really enjoyed it (except for all the long stair climbs) and did some good orienteering. Planned in advance, didn't get caught out on anything and pushed the speed. Lost track of time on the 45 second untimed leg so went 2 secs over whoops (and still got a bit confused on the next leg). Also didn't separate out so distance is just the course distance. Was fun :)

Odd stuff at training. Approx 4 x 500 (100 walk), 3 x 300 (100 walk). On the bottom loop circuit so not proper distances. Legs broken and felt sick :(
