Orienteering 1:38:33 [4] 4.84 km (20:22 / km)

Run up Mt Taylor + fun O course back down. Lots of good tough rock but also quite a bit of scrub. Pretty happy with nav even though I basically had to walk to understand quite a bit but found some really cool rocks/cliffs.

Sorta failed training - tried to do some o on Red Hill with Ella but cut it after halfway and just ran home, with a terrain loop on the way back.

Warm up, drills and stretching.

Running 31:41 [4] 6.84 km (4:38 / km)

Was going to go to Bilby's but no one was there so Tara, Ella, Robin and I (who all didn't know) did a session together. Did 200, 400, 600, 800, 1k, 800, 600, 400, 200 suggested by Robin. 100 recovery after the 200s, 300 after the 1k and 200 for the rest. Didn't feel particularly speedy but good to get some solid reps.

On Red Hill trying to do lots of hill. Went up to lookout, down and back up tardis track and back via the bench hill.

Couldn't go out to the orienteering today so back on Red Hill. V easy jog + three quickish terrain loops trying to be more aggressive through the bush.
