Met with my school trainer about my achillies and got some exercises I can do so I can run well at Junior Nationals

My achillies was hurting a bit from yesterday, so I decided to walk the course today. We did a varsity level course in preparation for Junior Nationals next weekend. I had a few errors that could have been solved by counting my pace, but other than that it was a good training. I'm planning on seeing my school trainer about my achillies tomorrow.
