Warm up run before meet. Then did some dynamic stretching.

XC race at Cedar Crest golf course. First and third mile are basically all down hill and the second mile has 3 hills. It's a perfect course to PR on and I'm really disappointed in my time. My left knee hurts and throat hurts. Just not a good meet.

Started to cool down and then got a sharp aching pain in my lower back. It hurts to walk so my cool down was short.

Basketball open gym. Tried to keep it to slow jogging or shooting only. Did not want to get tired before my meet or hurt my knee more. Did get a good workout in and was sweating a lot by the end.

2.3 mile warm up --told to get a nice long warm up in. Theb stretched out my sore muscles. Then got ready for intervals today: hard as you can, pace, pace, pace, race (only 2 laps - .67 miles). Times: 6:53, 7:43, 7:40, 7:49, 5:05. The last race pace 2 lap one was really hard, I don't think I've felt that sore in awhile. 0.7 mile cool down.

Ugh. Today was a terrible day. To top that off we started practice with 30 min of our coach yelling at us about how selfish and whiny we are. Then we went on a girls run and we got into a fight. Then we lost two girls and just ugh. I can't breathe though my nose and my throat hurts.

Worked out with a basketball trainer for an hour. Did a lot of push-ups when I got things wrong. I'm very tired and my knees won't decide which one hurts...one day it's left and then it switches to right.

Warm up jog around the course. Then did dynamic stretching. It felt really rushed and too short for some reason.

Cross country meet at Upper Woodland Park. Really up and down, starts going down a big hill and used that to get a good start. First mile was really fast and the last mile was really slow, my muscles we're so sore and felt like I could push it anymore.

Warm up to trail head - 1.4 miles. Did the rest of the trail at a recovery pace and boy did my calves hurt. I haven't been this sore in awhile. Cool down after - 1 mile.

Had 90 min to get as many controls/points as possible. Running around Fremont is always super fun and chaotic. Plan got messed up when the bridge went up and I was on the wrong side. Got first for the junior catagory so yay.
