Long warm up with 3 laps, dynamic stretching, accelerators, and decelerators. Worked with setting up zone defense and did a scrimmage with one team as full time defense and then switched after 10 minutes. Had us run a cutting drill where we has to run back and forth 20 times and catch a disk at the end of each turn and throw it back. Then we played a scrimmage for the last 30 minutes.
