Advanced course for the "Night-O" held last week, since I was out of town I made it up by running the course for the first time today (in the light). Many unmapped trails that confused me once or twice. Good workout.

I used control pick up as my cool down for after my race. Since I had done all of the controls I was picking up, it was a good to notice places were I had been confused or lost. I jogged for the most part until the last 5 minutes when I rolled my ankle (not badly but then slowed to a walk).
