Felt like the tempo loop kicked my ass. The workout loops felt pretty good, one at a time. Went out too fast on the first 200 (not a terrible thing), got tough quick from there. Could definitely feel the impact of the goblet squats.

Solid workout, wanted to make up for some losses this week. R calf was tight, good stretch after seemed to do it. Shin is still achey.

Felt pretty drained starting the workout, hadn’t eaten much today but feeling like I’m coming around. Tempo loop was okay, wasn’t really tempo. Felt like I could have gone quicker aerobically but just felt real fatigued the whole time. Went into 30 CD after active, kept the pace up a bit for the first 15.
