Time was better than the last one but things to work on. 1. Getting out quicker. I got boxed in for a significant amount of the first half and felt like I was wasting energy holding back. 2. Work on making the move, or at least reacting better so I don’t get passed.

Slept in through morning practice. Got some solid work done on the ellip and bike, quads were feeling it. Felt pretty dragged down and tired. Shin wasn’t feeling too great so kept it to cross training only.

Very sore today, R shin was aching the whole time. Kept up a pretty decent effort though, felt like I got moving pretty well in the middle. Really went for it in the strength.
