Pre active WU was good. First set of the workout got rolling nicely, calf was feeling pretty tight. Second set of 400s got me going pretty good, had things moving quicker than I thought we were going to. Last set was real painful. Locked up hard on the 300 which was a first. Legs felt surprisingly good after stretching.

Went out a little quick and got in pretty deep going into mile 3. Kilometre splits were progressively quicker until 6k and then they started going backwards. Finished passed a Wednesday. Got a lot out of this one!

Felt a little beat up for this one, foot was giving me some grief again. Strides felt good though. Got some good downhill running tips from Derek and collo!

Told myself I was going to stick with collo and Derek for the first four intervals but got dropped hard on the recovery of the third. Went to the arms and pushed but they kept getting farther. The recovery was harder than I could maintain for the whole workout but was good to get me in deep super early. Collin passed me on 8 or 9 so I chased him down but no luck. CD was tough. Shoulders hurt, ankle sore but no issues while running.

Ankle was sore on the run, wasn’t terrible though. Got pretty muddy and footing wasn’t great. Solid strength x and strides felt great today.

Body felt pretty good through the run. Breathing was tough on the way back, especially the last 20 or so. After drills went into a bit of a CD run because I wasn’t feeling too great. Finished up with another 10. Got grinded.
