was planning on some MAS intervals but not feeling the greatest so decided to be safe and skip them. somehow found time to run mid-week.

skating first today before quick switch to classic. went up to the hill on the way back to school.

first time on properly groomed trails this year. got a little excited and went a little fast. first 2hr classic with a big focus on proper technique then switch to skating to break in new boots.
