5x hills, not too hard. Wanna race Tuesday. Extended run home. Up nics steep hill/ definately a mountain bike track so spent it shitting myself about if I met a bike.

Awful day at work. Managed to treat myself to a whole 500ml to drink all day. Resulting in a huge headache and a bailed run

Fannied about too much today, missed swim. Felt good this morning and should have gone then because suddenly felt verrry sick and hugely bloated.
Run didn’t improve this so became a bit of a shuffle. Ah well good to be out

Can’t get over 5km postwork, gonna have to think weather double day is better or trying to squeeze some more time in on other days
