Beautiful day, jaunt up Skiddaw with Nic. Had planned longer but legs sore after yesterday

Good swim, had a bit of a wobble twice about the merk. Bass very bitty and dark in the water but managed to avoid out and out panic, just need to get a bit more used to just seeing dark and my hands

Fave race ever. Amazing day for it. Slightly different run out which was sooo much nicer.
Felt I ran well, and pushed through a feeling of spent legs at the top of causey. Ran well along the ridge.
10th lass, and 7 min PB (don’t think new route out made much of any difference) really pleased!

Post race dip, tired so not far, but first solo bit properly out of depth and unable to see any bottom. Pleased how comfortable I felt in the water

Absolutely knackered, trying not to fall asleep in the car before this. Completely had to bully myself around this. Not very enjoyable but needed to shake my legs out before Saturday.

Bit stop start along the top path picking up other people’s sodding rubbish.
People who litter should be banned from going outside, along with those who use plastic water bottles.

Super unmovitated and brain tired after trust induction. A lot of sitting.
Felt better once moving. Just a larl 10x1min(30 sec) to try and shake the legs up for Saturday

Felt sooo much better after this, must get back into the routine again.
Back bends and head stand better than anticipated after such a long time of neglecting a good stretch out

Complete plod, legs feeling v sluggish still.
So so nice to be out along the cliff tops, love being so near the sea. Might not be the lakes but pretty lucky to have this on the doorstep!
Walking detour to avoid pissing off a load of bullocks. Also loads of nesting gulls and a hare
