clocks changed today so felt like I was waking up v early.
extremely slow run, yesterday I set off too quickly and the rest of my run massively suffered so today I took it steady from the start. Cumbria way route so it was very very hilly and steap. Still felt strong at the end, which is a good sign I guess.

gill flan hoad - wore the wrong trainers and it was v muddy so was v careful for a lot of it. Was struggling and was out late last night so running felt like a chore but I’m glad I did it.

Gonna ease myself back into it after a while off.
Hills reps today

WU - roughly 4-5min

15x 15sec super steep hill reps with the jog down as recovery

10x 15sec flat sprints with 15sec recover doing on the spot drills

Run-ish - ran home over hoad and a tiny detour through town, about 17min
