couldn’t do PE because of everything, so instead I went into the gym on my own and did all the machines for 2mins each and then again. With a gap doing all the static skipton sets that I could. To warm up I did 15min on the bike and later did 20sec hits on the bike.

once I’d done the exercises I used my time to do my ankle strengthening stretch/exercises and all my normal flexiblity stretches
