Ran bits of the long, but we think that they had already taken in my number9 as i was the very last person out but after that i just ran to 14 which was the short leg. I also messed up number 6 - went in too early. My nav was a bit sloppy.

Collecting in some controls. Collected in number 6 so tried to redo the leg better but i managed to mess up in exactly the same way as on the course :(

Gym at school - which doesn't sound intense but because I'm so competitive i was so broken after wards, this meant i didn't do my core after school as well. We also did 5mins of 20secs sprint 10 sec rest which was hard.

My lower legs are really tight and painful atm, i think it stems from my sprain. Not sure whether i should put it as injured as I'm not broken but here we are. Dad thinks i should take a couple of days of and stretch and roll a lot so thats what I'm doing.

Note

Went on a speedy hill walk with dad. Hour up and 30min down. Lovely being out with dad.
