Running long 50:40 [3] 9.3 km (5:27 / km)
shoes: INOV B&R

Did gill flan hoad twice. The first time i was comfortable but on the second my hamstring was tight so took it slower and made sure i completely warmed down and rolled when i got in. Slightly shorter than i'd hoped as i went a slightly different way and i managed to get lost on hoad, no idea how. I enjoyed it.

Orienteering race 42:21 [4] * 8.5 km (4:59 / km)
spiked:21/21c slept:6.0 shoes: INOV B&R

British Schools Score - It was basically a running race so lovely for me, I made a desicion to run backwards at the beginning but that was about all the decision making I had to do. I didn't feel great as I was running around, I felt like I was running through honey and when I finished I felt grim but that's probs cos I worked quite hard and I was really tired as we got up at 5:30am and Rachael kept me up last night. I really enjoyed the course though and happy with a win :))

Other 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Free RN Flyknit

I played C for a bit and ran a lot then miss told me off for following the ball to much (but i was also just marking my C who was following the ball) so she made me not run.

Running 28:11 [3] 6.1 km (4:37 / km)
shoes: INOV B&R

Had a v v v eventful run so i won't go into too much detail but was planning on doing the gill flan hoad twice but a lot of things happened so i ended up only doing it once but I went up the whole of the front of flan for the first ever time w/o bailing cos it's v steep (my normally run goes around flan). So basically it was a v gentle run but i pushed on the hills

Note

Couldn't get to the pool in the morning again and i was feeling v v tired anyway. Then i forgot to bring my o-shoes so i couldn't go orienteering so i helped with the year 7's on download for an hour in the freezing cold which i surprisingly enjoyed cos i like learning everyones names. Then also the roads were flooded so me and dad couldn't really go climbing. So in total a very inactive day

Running warm up/down (Graham's running) 14:06 [1] 2.5 km (5:38 / km)
shoes: Brooks Saucony Jazz 17

Graham wasn't there so it was acc mark's running but ya know. Mark took us on a run around the whole of Ulverston as the warm up but it was a gentle talking pace

Strength&Core (Graham's running) 30:00 [4]

We did glute focused circuits and it was harddddd

Running hills (Graham's running) 2:45 [3] 0.6 km (4:35 / km)

8 sprint hill reps at the end of the circuits, lovely

Running (Carol's training) 56:15 [2] 9.1 km (6:11 / km)

Carol was away this week so me Ellie Mark and Luke went on a long run but got a tad lost so it wasn't as long as it was meant to be but we ran on sand dunes the whole time which makes you feel like you're going nowhere, quite a nice lil run
