Perk Run in Glossop and crikey did it ever! Hard to run fast on your own but only 1 min down... beautiful morning

no circuits obvs so did a gym session including the bike. Dull

Formby Dunes blue course from 2018 in the sun. Was blissfully unaware of the state of the world for 49 minutes! On the way home form work.

Evening walk/trot with Ali on her skateboard. Obviously quick down hill! Absolutely lovely and quiet out

rather enjoyed. running a bit fast for my brain after I overtook Sarah and faffed to 12 and then did 14! So lost 2.5 - 3 mins and only 4 mins down on heather.
