PB not an option - no gate sherpa, head wind and no sprinting 'til after the British. Had a chat with Ed Clancy - apparently he hadn't slept in!

Delighted running so well. Aches and pains stopped :). Nav dire at 2 and 4 - thinking map a bit strange at 2 as the control was a doddle!! Lost 6 mins!!
