Usual Yateholme circuit - not bad even after huge mothers day dinner and a suspicious van to avoid

Off road parkrun at Storthes. Finally running better but still 30 sec off PB there - even racing my bro!

Finally feeling back to normal, but have lost some pace - 3.5 mins slower than pb today, will try and push it on Friday with the gate sherpa

Ok for most of it - made the mistake of crossing the limestone twice! Little circle at 6 - 1 min and a fowl up at the impossible 12 - 3 mins as hard to relocate.
2nd but a good while behind Helen

Haverthwaite middle distance. Mostly good, little 5 minute diversion to help Ali on a very hard Green and a couple of scrappy minutes but tough course.

Little night urban for club night. Wasn't expecting the wilderness and river crossings but there they were! Feeling rotten AGAIN!

Tried again, this time on the bike having had a sandwich and a nap! Much better but still a bit concerned it's not going...

Encouraged that running speed is ok - actually think I'm still under par with the lungs so that looks ok but mistakes were made - silly not concentrating ones, maybe it was all the drugs!

Interland - they bumped the course up from 5.5 to 8K and I've never felt more knackered!! Lovely run able forest thank god. Realised that the bronchitis has totally flawed me and I felt shocking but did acceptably.
