Glossop parkrun to test some speed on the calf. Was fine :):) but I found it hard work - a good 1.5 mins slower than Feb!

Felt so good after this morning so decided to go out again. Mistake - was knackered and left foot started hurting so walked home 2k. Calf however very happy :)

TOC at Sandall Beat. Really runnable and thoroughly enjoyed. Still at snails pace, although did try to speed up now and then, managed to run it all today and calf was just starting to complain at the end. Left foot fine today.
