Delighted running so well. Aches and pains stopped :). Nav dire at 2 and 4 - thinking map a bit strange at 2 as the control was a doddle!! Lost 6 mins!!

legs pissed off at being dragged out the day after Wass, but surprised me with a very quick lap and a few segment PBs - most odd!

Distance times etc a guess. Running ok suprisingly :). lost around 3.5 mins, 1 very stupid mistake and a couple of which boulder incidents. Just pipped lucy so happy to win, not so happy to be down on W50s...

Mega bike ride to top of Yateholme and then a steep trot up Holme Moss in search of plane crash, trot around and back to bike to finish the circuit via a butty at The Fleece :):)

Dire mud and conditions. Went out 3rd came back first, both Jennys having fab runs and we won - very happy. Was knackered and lost a couple of mins but otherwise good

Blew no 1 as predicted - annoying! No 3 because I didn't expect 2 controls on the same feature so had a little wander around with Tasha! Rest smooth. Very boring, easy course really
