Good elliptical this morning, time went by super quickly. Knee was sore but it got better as it warmed up.

Took this one fairly easy, knee was gettng really sore by the end of it. Pushed through it and got it done.

Good workout today. I had a hard time focusing on what I was doing and it felt like my mind was going everywhere but the times were surprisingly good. Focus increased as the workout progressed and the miles ended up being flowy and pretty good. I pushed when it got hard and increased my effort properly.

Knee wasn't good today. Still went for the run but it got faster at the end and the knee got worse. Wasn't able to take it up properly so didn't do drills and RFEs. Gonna ice and stretch a lot to get ready for Saturday.

Good run, really grindy. Got pretty fast by the middle after the downhill when leaving campus.
Knee was getting sore when running back to the Hangar.

Rough workout back. Could feel the knee after the long car ride which didn't make it easy to push hard. Still got a pretty good effort in.
