Great workout today. Felt very focused. Didn't feel too good but just pushed on 5 and 4 to stay with D-man and Louis. Did some solo grinding on 3,2,1. I was rescued on the last 2 and 1 and worked with the other guys, competed especially with Louis on the last one. Awesome effort on weights.
