Pre-act, 15 up, full active, 1500m race (4:02), cool down-ish stuff, (10,10,10 warm up, 800m race (2:06), 10 cool down, hip mobility, stretch, roll.
Content with a small PB and the win in the 15 today in my season opener. Didn't feel too hot after some questionable breakfast choices but ignored it. Went with a UMD guy for the first bit, went out in 47 and it felt super fast. Had another guy pass me with 700 to go and surge past the leader so I went with him. The other guy passed me again with 300 to go and I crushed 'em both on the last 150. Focused on beating people today and pushed when it got hard. The 800 i was just running, don't want this to happen again, these types of races are what I need to realize will help me be more consistent in my racing as a whole.
