Pre-act, 15 up, tempo to the end of gratton and back to John, 5 min active-type stuff, 3 x ~mile, 25 min down, hip mobility, strength X, stretch, roll, ice.
Decent stuff today. Tough from the start, fell off on the tempo but didn't have to, I was just thinking about what we had left. Better on the intervals, I was in the grind zone for the vast majority of them and handled it pretty good. Got competitive with D-man on the last one, though it wasn't very fast.
