WO: 30 min progression run (10 easy, 10 medium, 10 hard) to Wednesday effort, 6 min of active, 30 min progression run to Saturday effort.

Pretty good, I felt like my form was falling apart in the middle of the 2nd progression run, so I focused on staying smooth. Pretty good effort over all, it got grindy.

Run 1:06:00 [3] 14.67 km (4:30 / km)

WO: 20 WU, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 1min hard with 2 min after the 5 and 4, and 1 min after the rest. 20 CD.

I didn't feel like I pushed hard enough on the longer intervals, but I got rolling on the shorter reps.

WO: 15 up, 2 x 3 min with 2 min, 2 min, 10 min tempo, 2 min, 2 x 3 min with 2 min, 15 down.

Pretty good, I felt like I was moving well, but still got a good effort in.

Long run + drills. Legs were a bit iffy at the start but got better. Near the end of the run I started to feel pretty dehydrated. Twas a hot one.
