This was a grindy workout. Blizzard at home today and the footing was kinda slippery. But the progression was really solid. I ended between a Wednesday and Saturday but it was a good focus and effort today to keep on the pace. Good run!

Pretty good run today, stomach felt a bit off and got caught up in a lovely storm near the end of the run but it was good. Strides felt fast and flowy.

First day back at home and the workout was good. Hit a between Monday and Wednesday effort but felt like a really solid workout today.

Good run today. Pretty average and very snowy conditions but felt strong and flowy I probably should have worked a bit harder but still met a good effort.

Maxie and I ran this long run together and it was good! I felt kinda bad for holding Maxie back but it was a good grind today. Got lots out of today. Body is feeling sore from the mileage and yesterday’s good but hard workout. Real good run to finish the training off in South Dakota.
