British Middle Champs at Stanton Moor. Bit scrappy on 2-5 but clean after that, just struggling to run through the thick heather. Pleased with result - gave it all I had.

British Sprints. Ran as hard as I was capable of, on the back of an exhausting couple of weeks/illness/jetlag. Actually quite pleased.

British Sprint Champs - finals. Feeling in a bit of a daze and quite lacking in energy - just unable to make quick decisions! Apparently I mispunched but I definitely went to the control...
