I did green at Boulder Dash today and it went really badly. I managed to get all of my controls but with too many mistakes for pretty much all of them. I took way too long on most of the controls which lead me to be 29 minutes behind Tyra and many more behind my mom. Hopefully I'll be faster all around tomorrow, or at least have less big mistakes.

I'm not gonna bother trying to explain what I did on any of the controls because a lot of them I wouldn't be able to tell you what I actually did.

I'm not going to gymnastics tonight. Instead I'm resting for this weekend and going bowling with the cast of the school play.

It was a short, slow run today because I don't have time for a longer run (thanks homework) and I'm really tired because of the small amount of sleep I've gotten in the past few days. I also want to feel good for this weekends races.

Green at Noon Hill. The course was good and I did ok but not great. I had a few small bobbles and one larger mistake on 13 (which should have been easy). I should have been able to do this faster but I was out there and not thinkiby about what I was doing enough and also not pushing very hard.
During the first half of the course there were gunshots going of constantly and then it started to poor so the gunshots stopped but there was lots of rain instead.

1x 2 minute handstand, 1x 2 minute plank, 2x 1 minute side plank (one on each side), 50x tuck-ups, 1x 3 minute handstand, 30x v-ups, 5 minute shoulder work (1 minute forward circles, 1 minute backwords circles, 30 second forward large circles, 30 second backward large circles, 1 minute elbow back behinds, 1 minute elbow and hands together press ups, sorry if this doesn't make sense, I just want to know what I've done), 30x dips
