Setting up and cleaning up my orienteering course was part walking, part running and part jogging. Twenty people turned up including a new family of four who found us online! They totally loved it and came back with huge smiles on their faces. But...sitting for two hours in between set-up and take-down made me very cold despite a big sweater. I shivered non-stop for two hours and now I have a nasty sore throat and a cold. Oh well.
