Running (Treadmill) 34:32 [2] 6.1 km (5:40 / km)

Another run on the treadmill. This time I went at a lower pace (5:30/km) according to the treadmill with the hope of getting further without my hip giving me grief. As soon as I as I felt a slight discomfort (at 6km), I decided to stop immediately and use the exercise bike to make the session longer. Heart rate even higher this time, even though the pace according to the treadmill was slower (the distance, pace and time logged are form my watch and so aren’t 100% accurate, although still not too bad). The only explanation I can think of for the extremely elevated HR is a combination of the heat and lack of fitness. The HR definitely doesn’t seem to be representative of my relative effort.
