Physically felt pretty good today, especially on the steep hills. Nav was fine apart from #5 where I should have been more cautious. Had a good tussle with Rob around the course and I really enjoyed the planning today.

Collecting controls for Colin.

Monday Sep 28, 2020 #

Running 31:06 [3] 6.0 km (5:11 / km)

Easy one on Blackheath, ankle felt ok.

Sunday Sep 27, 2020 #

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 1.5 km (13:20 / km)

Orienteering 1:00:36 [4] 9.3 km (6:31 / km)

Not too fine of a run today, binned #5 by overshooting and unable to relocate quickly. Then superficially rolled over my ankle at #15 so ended up going at 70% for the rest of the course. Very low vis forest today which I probably should have seen coming, but didn't take into account at the start.
