Hawkshead Training Camp:
Holme Fell - lovely and runnable area, with good contours but quite marshy and wet. Clock relay at the end and freezing afterwards!

Colonel's Drive - always a good area but easier as it was more visible so we could see the contour shapes clearly.

Night Sprint Relay - great fun, came in 2nd behind Iain, on 1st leg which I was pretty happy about.

Started from Coldharbour, up Leith Hill and down the other side. Planned to do much longer (back home) which would have been 16km but twinged my hamstring going too fast down the hill. No warm-up was a bad decision as it cost me.

Orienteering 33:26 [3] 6.0 km (5:34 / km)

5km SLOW Night-O at Wimbledon Common.
Very scrappy with circling round in vegetation and getting confused between similar paths. Ended losing 2mins 30 and down by 1.30 on Paul. Not over the moon but enjoyed it none the less.
