Orienteering race 51:19 [4] 4.84 km (10:36 / km)
(injured)

Great orienteering on the West side of Partille but it didn't feel like the same area at all because of the patches of runnable-ish green & some mega crags. Felt great for the first half until I rolled over on my ankle going down a bouldery reentrant near the end of the 1.5km leg. I was running at 7min/km pace until then with good momentum through rough terrain, so I was pretty happy with my performance until I tweaked my ankle.
I think I was just unlucky as I did a good amount of ankle warm-up beforehand. May take a day or two off to get it solid again.

Orienteering 1:05:29 [3] 6.7 km (9:46 / km)

Amazing orienteering around Partille - Gothenburg. The area was used for last year's 10Mila race, top quality wilderness style terrain and really well mapped. Lovely runnability and detailed contour work. I ran round the second loop of the longest leg in 10Mila, approx 6-7km. Aim was to practice long leg execution. No navigational problems at all and loved every second!

Orienteering 1:10:42 [3] 5.0 km (14:08 / km)

Middle distance training around Munkedal.
Felt like a long distance because of the deep snow and frozen marshes, which made for slow going. Lovely technical navigation, great if we can go back in the summer.

Orienteering race 25:38 [5] 3.2 km (8:01 / km)

JK Relay – Beaudesert: M48-
Good race for my GO International team overall, managing to grab third place. My race on first leg was ok, not amazing as I felt pretty tired from the long weekend and all of the snow and mud today. My navigation myself was pretty clean but most of the time I followed, and was being followed by, too many people. I didn’t witness much forking, and a lot of courses seemed to follow similar routes. I lost time in the long line of slower paced runners, preventing much overtaking, so I wasn’t able to keep up with Frank and the leaders.

Orienteering race 54:17 [5] 7.3 km (7:26 / km)

JK Long – Beaudesert
Not very difficult long distance course around the pleasant area of Beaudesert. Despite it not being a "beautiful desert", it was still OK to run through and I didn’t feel many physical problems e.g. stitch. However, my navigation was scrappy throughout, and I also lost time in the heavy mudbaths and marshes. My mistakes at 5, 9, 12, 13 & 17 were all approx 45-60 secs each, so they all added up to 4-5 mins lost. Too much for an easy course!! Simply, my concentration lapsed multiple times during the stretches of dead running, resulting in many small mistakes.
