Long one back from Guildford, looping around Green Lane and back. Got a stitch on the last 1k so better look out for that!

WU Running to Blackheath.

6 * hill reps 70m up and 70m down.

Hills both hard up and down with a decent rest in between, as still heavy from the weekend. Not too bad but running downhill is as hard as running up so a good skill to have.

Orienteering race 51:10 [4] 9.05 km (5:39 / km)

Long distance around Pembrey Country Park, another sand dune area. Rather disappointed in the area as it was very thick and green, and the course wasn't the most technically challenging. I still managed to make a 2.30min parallel error on #11 due to lack of concentration on the paths. Something to think about. Legs felt very heavy from last night so running wasn't great but still ok.
